Jack Gourdeau (he/him) is a graduate student in Genome Sciences at the University of Washington and is co-advised by the Feder and Srivatsan Labs. He was previously part of the computational and platform teams at Manifold Bio where he helped build multiplexed, library-based assays to evaluate engineered protein therapeutics. Before that, he studied the evolution of virus-like particles with Olga Zhaxybayeva at Dartmouth. In the Srivatsan Lab, Jack aims to develop high-throughput methods to sample and learn from the vast genomic diversity across and within viral populations.
